Tasting Notes:

White wine of yellow colour, on the nose behind a delicious floral essence, on the palate light acidity and aromas of fruits such as peach, at the end a light notes of honey. Excellent cost benefit and punches above its weight.

Surprising and refreshing. Light oak on the nose, with subtle sweet notes: apple, banana. Perfect with shrimp or drink alone. Serve extra chilled. Comment from Mickey

Goes well with cooked scallops, cooked served hot crustations and sweet fish recipes, garlic prawns and Tuna casserols.

For a white wine it’s pretty good. Light, crisp, nice colour and aroma. Not that heavy “white wine “taste. If you’re drinking a white, I recommend it.

Pretty good medium dry white. Nice aroma, nice mouth feel (not many wines have good mouth feel to me). Dry, but not excessively so. All in all, pretty good with a nice turkey dinner

Fruity but not sweet. Went great with salmon. Great on hot summer night.
