Immensely popular with restaurants and food outlets around Australia and well recommended.
A lovely smooth gentle Rose, subtle and delicious.
Food Pairing:
known for a crisp and focused style that is equally delicious on its own as it is paired with a variety of charcuterie, olive tapenade crostini, and grilled eggplant. If you’re in the mood for something lighter, you’re in luck. These wines go great served with a wide variety of salads.
The Wine:
Situated near Sète which is a major port city in the southeast French region of Occitanie. It is bordered by the Étang de Thau, a biodiverse saltwater lagoon. Across a narrow isthmus, Sète’s Mediterranean coast is lined with sandy beaches. The top of Mont St Clair offers views of the city, known as “Venice of the Languedoc” for its canal network. The Musée Paul Valéry has displays on the history of Sète, plus an art collection.
