VINIFICATION
Temperature-controlled fermentation, 25°C to 30°C, 8-day maceration, plot selection, pumping over, temperature control, traditional aging for 6 months in barrels.
TASTING NOTES
A beautiful ruby red color, exceptional aromas of cherries and ripe red fruits, and a round mouthfeel with a soft and balanced finish.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRING SUGGESTION
Ideal with meaty fish in sauce accompanied by a vegetable gratin.
